Find a patient record

 

To locate a pre-registered patient record, search the patient database.

  1. Click the Scheduling tab

  2. Click the Patients tab

  3. Click the Filter button, . The Filter button above the table provides a single page for entering search criteria in multiple fields. The Filter button at the head of each column in the table provides a popup window for entering search criteria specific to the respective field.

  4. Enter the search criteria into the available fields, and click Apply.

A filtered list displays the search criteria at the head of each filtered column, replacing the Filter button with a hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to modify or clear the search criteria.
