Click the Admin tab.
Click the User Accounts tab.
Click on the copy settings button, .
Select the account containing the setting you want to copy.
Check the box next to the categories containing the data you want to copy and click Continue.
Select one or more target accounts.
Select one or more settings from the displayed lists.
Click Copy button.
Administrators have the ability to assign properties existing in one user account to one or more existing user accounts. The following attributes are available for copying:

You can also select to reset passwords and reset user rights to the account's group rights settings.
To copy account properties,
From the User Accounts page, click the Copy Settings button, .
Select the user account you want to copy from.
Select the categories containing the information to copy.
Click the Continue button. The user list appears, along with the options available in the categories you checked.
Select the user(s) you want to copy to.
In each of the categories, select the settings you want to copy. To select multiple users or settings, hold down the CTRL key when you click.
Click Copy.
Passwords can be reset for multiple users using the Reset passwords feature. When resetting passwords, the source user is ignored. Check the Use system default password for all selected users checkbox. The password of the selected users is assigned a value of <userid>1 and set to be changed after the first login.
