Click the Admin tab.
Click the User Accounts tab.
Click on the Create New User button, .
Enter a unique User ID.
Fill in user information fields.
Click Save button after the Phone number field. Repeat.
The user account wizard simplifies the process of adding multiple new users at one time. From the User Accounts page under Admin, click the New User button. On the New User page, to copy an existing user's profile information to the new user, select an existing user account to use as a template and click Copy User, . Fill in the remaining information and click Save.
An extra Save button appears after the Phone Number 2 field. Use this button to save the entered values and open another new user page using the same template account.
Creating a user using this method allows all attributes to be inherited from the template user. The password defaults to <userid>1 and is set to be changed after the first login. If you modify the user rights or enter a password on this page, those values will be used in place of the default.
