Click the Admin tab.
Click the Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Site Settings section.
Enter the Site ID and click Change.
A unique site identifier is assigned to each customer when configuring servers. The site ID can be entered into the server configuration from the GUI, and the user can view the ID from the browser. This allows a customer calling the support center to reference their site ID, and allows customer support to display details about each system.
Configure Site ID information from the Site Settings section under on the Settings page. If configured, the information is displayed at the bottom of the Contact Us page under the Info tab.
