Click the Admin tab.
Click the Devices tab.
Click the delete button 
for the entry to remove.
When prompted for confirmation, click on Delete.

To delete a device from the Devices table, find the device entry in the device table. Click the delete button, . At the confirmation prompt, click Delete to delete the device, or Cancel to cancel the process.
